Yoga is much bigger than just standing or sitting on our mat, bending and contorting ourselves into various shapes. It’s a practice designed to shake your very core and makes you to lead a disciplined life. This is the lesson which I learnt from shiva yoga centre in a short span of time. Guruji Ms Bhuvana ma’am- Her teaching comes from the heart and the higher self rather than the mind and ego. Enriched with traditional knowledge and her unique holistic approach makes ourselves connected to her teachings. To align our energies with universe, to achieve inner harmony and mental peace - I strongly recommend Shiva yoga centre to anyone who wants to take yoga for life.

Excellent facility with access to the open air which gives you a feel good feeling when you are trying to connect to the divine while doing yoga, meditation and relaxation. Moreover Bhuvaneshwari Mam who is the Guru takes utmost care when it comes to teaching keeping student’s health factors in mine by giving the right advise and yogic poses for their medical condition and also prescribes a healthy diet which She herself follows, as She is a doctor in Ayurveda and dietician too.People of all age groups right from children and elderly come here for regular practice and their dedication gives people like me a motivating factor. The overall experience is fantabulous and I thank the almighty to have led me to such a place.
Best yoga centre. Ms. Bhuvana is epitome of womanhood and has helped so many of her students in achieving our personal goals
